Is responsible for improving and developing the member recruitment strategy and processes for:

Collaborates with the VP Corporate Strategy, Evaluation and Marketing (Diasporic Markets); The VP Marketing and Membership LAC to develop, support, and grow CoP, institutional member and affiliate member categories

Is supported by the VP Corporate Strategy, Evaluation and Marketing (Diasporic Markets) to ensure programme development supports robust planning, sustainable, social and economic development, and is informed by influential evaluations and relevant to both diaspora entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs in Caribbean and Latin American Countries.
