Errol is a Electrical and Computer Engineering graduate of the University of the West Indies.
He distinguished himself while at the university as the lead author of several international Software Engineering Publications. Errol worked for two information technology firms since migrating to Canada. He also worked with the Government of Ontario prior to launching his own tech startup 7-Sol Inc., for which he is the founder and CEO.
Prior to leaving his native homeland of Jamaica, Errol served in the public sector for several years before launching his own technology company there. He successfully operated his company for two decades providing pioneering technological solutions to local and international bodies such as the World Bank and was the recipient of special recognitions and awards. He is happily married to Marva since 1990 and their union has produced three adult children.
