This web site has been created and is administered by The Community of Practice for Caribbean Immigrant Entrepreneurs (The CoP) the home of the BIDEM Conference and Trade Show.  It is intended to provide information and resources that are relevant and constantly changing to meet your information and business needs. We recognize that organizations and individuals operate in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environments, through this site we intend to provide resources and tools that will enable our users to respond effectively to expected and unexpected changes in their environment.
