H.E. Dr. Arc Raphael Eluemuno Ajalie is an international businessman, Angel Investor and social entrepreneur, determined to help the world by uplifting women and children. Raphael is a member of the Forbes Business Council, the World Business Angel Investment Forum, and the State of the African Diaspora Parliament.  He is an Architect with an Executive Masters Degree in Project Management and Master’s Degree in Telecommunications.

Raphael is the founder of the Reocomm conglomerate with base operations in New York, NY, the conglomerate includes operations in Smart & Green Building, Construction of Smart Cities, Telecommunications, Infrastructure and Aviation.  He is also Co-Founder of Grande Octon Investments CC, and Co-Founder of Namib Rise Shine Minerals PTY (Ltd) a global exploration company with a primary focus on the development trading of high-grade mineral deposits within the industrial minerals, base metals resources sector.  His focus is on Africa the Caribbean and its Diaspora.
