Adib Rashid is the Managing Director of NXL Partners, a boutique management consulting firm focusing on providing management consulting services to family owned businesses. Adib a seasoned family business Advisor with over 20 years of business advisory experience. He has significant experience in developing customized solutions for prominent family owned businesses across Canada, Middle East and Europe and in leading comprehensive organizational re-structuring initiatives.  He managed the development of family constitutions for several families across the world and led Family Business Advisory services at Big 4 accounting firms. He has deep knowledge and extensive experience in Family Governance, Corporate Governance, Organizational Development, and project management. He has several certifications in Family Business and Family Wealth Advisory as well as project management. He is an active member of the Family Firm Institute (FFI) where he served as a board member.
