Ambassador Hazelle is the former Chief Executive Officer of the St. Kitts Investment Promotion Agency (SKIPA) and had spent several years developing institutional mechanisms to drive Foreign Direct Investment Mechanisms and Corporate responsibility programs as part of the linkages for FDI after service in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.   She is committed to inclusive development and strategic linkages for FDI with women empowerment. Ambassador Hazelle is also the focused on the Elimination of Violence and abuse against all women. Ambassador Hazelle championed the passing of the Domestic Violence Act in the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis and played a critical role in the special policy provisions to reintegrate adolescent mothers into schools.
